Additionally, while customer service was generally friendly, there were moments of unresponsiveness that detracted from the experience.

We enjoyed a spacious two-bedroom apartment that fit our family needs perfectly. The kitchen was convenient for late-night snacks. However, sound sensitivity may be an issue for light sleepers, as outside noise could be disruptive. Consider bringing blackout curtains for better sleep.

Traffic noise from the nearby commute rail is unbearable!!! Limited parking is a hassle, especially with larger groups!!! The elevator carries an unpleasing smell that definitely needs attention!!! Nighttime light pollution makes it impossible to sleep well!!!

Family with children comfortable stay

The two bedrooms were spacious , each with a separate bathroom which made mornings so much easier. The workers were friendly and quickly answered all our questions about nearby grocery stores, which helped us settle in without a fuss.

It wasn't exactly cheap , considering they charge for parking, and the noise from the traffic can be a pain.
